On May 3rd, 1974 my mother and father (Bev and Skip Ipsen) opened Skipolini's Pizza in Clayton, CA. Over the past three decades, communities have changed and our company has grown, but the philosophy behind our business never wavered; Provide high quality food in a unique, family friendly environment, at affordable prices.
